A One-Day-Workshop combining Systemic Constellation work with Yoga, Breathing Techniques and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) - with Romy Uebel & Lisette van der Valk

The body holds deep wisdom and ancestral memories, stored in DNA, fascia, joints, and bones. Today's diseases may stem from centuries of suffering and disconnection from the soul. Now may be the time to release and rewrite this narrative.

We warmly invite you to a one-day-workshop weaving together the powerful therapeutic tool of systemic constellation work with simple, yet effective yoga movements, breathing techniques and TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises).

In three constellation sessions, we will explore how body constitution relates to the fate of families, communities, and nations, and how information in the morphic field can be felt, honored, and reprogrammed.

By being aware of our bodies and recognizing troubling entanglements in the universal order, we can heal ourselves and our family lineage, contributing to humanity's collective evolution, connection, joy, and peace. This workshop is for you if you want to:

Price / Payment Modalities
Participation in the workshop is 75 Euro (if you pay total amount by registration) or 75 Euro if you pay in 2 steps.
Note: to secure your registration a payment of 45 Euro is required.
The remaining 45 Euro to be paid on workshop day.

About the co Facilitator
Initially a writer Romy Uebel has been studying family constellation work with Helga Parkin since 2012. Her teacher and mentor worked closely with Bert Hellinger, one of the founding fathers of family constellation, for over 20 years. Romy gives 1:1 sessions in inner child work and contemplative communication as well as frequent systemic constellation work groups in the Colares as well as the Lisbon area. www.newnormal.de
